Job Schedule: 1/6/25 11am-5:30pm.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/ hr telemedicine lab review hours.
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups and DOT physical exams on site at a private business in Howell Township, NJ. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients per day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Perform blood draws for patients.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
- Provide DOT physical exams.
Requirements:
- Valid and clean NP license to work in NJ.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
- Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
- Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
- Must be DOT/FMCSA Certified.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
- Must be able to commute to Howell Township, NJ.
