Job Location: Chaska, MN.
Job Schedule: June 2025 (Tuesday/ Wednesday).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.

Full Description

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Chaska, MN. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients per day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Perform blood draws for patients.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean license to work in MN.
  
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
• Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
• Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to commute to Chaska, MN.
