Our team builds up service models and technologies to enable companies to easily set up wellness clinics and other preventative medical services in the office at their selected times. Our team is on a mission to transform the traditional healthcare delivery model to ensure everyone in the workforce can keep up to date with their preventative care needs without disrupting their work schedules.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate employees of a private business in Pell City, AL. This is a great opportunity for physical therapists who desire to help improve the physical function, work performance, and daily lives of employees.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs.
- Assess and recommend patients for follow up care if needed.
- Maintain client documentation.
- Give home exercises and follow up via telehealth.
- Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required.
- Current Physical Therapist License in state of AL.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to reliably commute to office in Pell City, AL.
