RMA Cleaning, Receiving, Kitting, Packaging & Shipping

Description

Purpose

To inspect, clean, and record all returned products, properly package them in shipping containers, and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately.

Responsibilities

• Clean and properly document all returned items.
• Receive returned goods and update them in the Inventory Management System.
• Package, label, and ship the products in a neat and accurate manner.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 years’ experience
• Experience in inventory and stock room environment
• The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• The ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and complete product inspections that meet all requirements
• The ability to be organized, multi-task and adapt to priority changes
• The ability to use standard computers and basic office software
• Knowledge and usage of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Be willing to work overtime or extra hours as needed.
  
  

Salary & Benefits

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $22/hr - $24/hr * The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401K retirement plan.
