The Health Services Administrator (HSA) plays a vital role in achieving this vision and mission. As the chief administrative manager of the on-site health services department, the HSA is accountable for the delivery of contract services and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the client contract.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on correctional health care. A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, a Licensed Registered Nurse designation, and at least two years of management experience in a healthcare setting are required.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the site budget, constructing and supervising an annual operational plan, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards through policy development and implementation.
- Supervise staff, including contractual personnel, and coordinate medical audits and training activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including site utilization and compliance with VitalCore systems and applications.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year and a range of benefits, such as holiday pay, medical, dental, and more.
