About the Role:
The Behavioral Health Specialist will play a critical role in achieving our vision and mission by working with inmates to develop and implement treatment plans, providing counseling and therapy, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide mental health counseling and therapy to inmates
- Collaborate with medical staff and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
