Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other functions within the facility to manage healthcare delivery systems
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing budgets and finances
- Lead the recruitment and retention of high-quality staff
- Ensure compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards and VitalCore clinical services and administrative policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance
