Job Summary:
The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role at VitalCore involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide comprehensive mental health services to patients. This includes conducting intakes and ongoing evaluations, providing crisis stabilization, and collaborating with the medical team to determine overall treatment plans.
- Administer assessments, make clinical decisions, and provide mental health treatment
- Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed, master's-level behavioral health clinician with a LCSW, LPC, or equivalent license
- Graduation from a master's-level program
- Minimum of one year of employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
- Must pass a satisfactory background investigation report
