Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in SOAP format
- Adhere to approved formulary for therapeutic regimens and obtain approval for non-formulary medication
- Provide emergency treatment on-site and respond appropriately in urgent or emergency situations
- Serve as a resource to other professional or non-professional personnel, providing instructions and support as needed
