**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the provision of high-quality mental health services to patients and addressing their psychological needs.
The Mental Health Services Coordinator will oversee and guide mental health professionals who provide direct care to incarcerated individuals. This position involves working with all disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to attain effectiveness in serving the patient population.
- Acts as point of contact for administrative staff for discussion of treatment programs and problem resolution as needed.
- Coordinates development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment, and provision of required clinical services for inmates.
- Supervises the planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
- Provides clinical supervision to staff of Behavioral Health Services.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Licensed Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician certification and previous experience as a Mental Health Clinician. You should also be independently licensed (LICSW or LMHC).
