About the Job
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records, administering medications to patients, monitoring patients for reactions and side effects, and modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
