Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality care consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Registered Nurses.
- Work in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, delegating and ensuring supervision of nursing activities and functions to other competent nursing personnel appropriate to their scope of practice.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Acute care experience preferred.
