What You Will Do
As a Site Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing onsite psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of inmates referred by the medical and clinical services staff. You will also provide written summaries of history, diagnosis, and treatment course, as well as participate in regular review of all inmates assigned to the Behavioral Health Unit. Additionally, you will act as regular Psychiatrist and participate in treatment programming and planning for the Behavioral Health Unit, including regular staffing and contact with Behavioral Health Unit staff and supervisor.
