Currently, ViTalent is working with the largest healthcare facility in WI to find Hospice Case Manager Registered Nurses for 13 week contracts in North Milwaukee, WI.
Coverage Area : Servicing North Milwaukee and the counties of Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, and Jefferson
Great pay at $75 / hr ($3,000 / wk) with weekly direct deposit!
Hospice Case Manager RN Contract
- 13 weeks with extension options
- NO On Call
- NO Weekends
- NO Holidays
Hospice Case Manager RN Shift
Required Certifications : BLS, WI or Compact RN license
Experience : 2 years of experience as Hospice RN
Patients requiring Home Health, Infusion and Pediatric nursing, and / or Palliative and Hospice services.
Infection control practices, wound vacs, wound care, picc line dressing changes, port access, IV infusions, drains, critical thinking skills, catheter insertion, drains; Ability to drive at night.
