Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Adhere to best practices, protocols, and standards of nursing care.
Qualifications
- BLS Certification required
-ACLS Certification required
- RN license in Nebraska
- Experience in long-term care settings
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with catheterization and tube feeding
- Epic or similar EMR experience preferred
- Basic life support and HIPAA compliance knowledge

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,238.00 per week
