Vitalis Regenerative & Pain Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with at least 1 year of recent experience in an interventional pain management setting. This role is based in Encino, CA, and requires 20–40% travel to satellite offices in locations such as Long Beach and Glendale.
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and highly competent PA with direct experience managing patients in a pain clinic, performing medication management, and assisting in procedures such as Shockwave Therapy, Trigger Point injections, joint injections, and PRP therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, follow-ups, and develop treatment plans
- Manage medication regimens including controlled substances (within scope)
- Assist with interventional pain procedures
- Review imaging (MRI, X-ray) and collaborate on diagnosis and treatment
- Document in EMR (AdvancedMD preferred)
- Educate patients on pain management and regenerative options
- Travel 20–40% to satellite clinics as needed
Requirements:
- Active California PA license and NCCPA certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a pain management clinic (PREFERRED)
- Familiarity with interventional pain treatments and medications
- Proficient in EMR systems (AdvancedMD a plus)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working both independently and under physician supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with personal injury or workers' comp cases
- Knowledge of regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell)
