Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Operations & Store Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the café including scheduling, inventory, food prep, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling and POS procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Drive sales and profitability through operational excellence and cost management.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate customers about menu items, ingredients, and health benefits.
Business Management
- Analyze store performance data and implement strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional managers and owners to align with company goals and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, sales, and inventory.
Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience in the food & beverage or retail industry (health-focused/QSR experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage effective teams.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
