PRIMARY FUNCTION
Sells and serves food and drinks to customers in a professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES i[sr1] nclude but are not limited to :
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service; be positive, extremely polite, and informative to customers
- Assist and ring up customers, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone
- Follow all recipes and prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner
- Prep food according to proper procedures as required by the Health Department
- Communicate with other staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and timely
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner
- Track food quality
- Follow sanitation guidelines
- Keep front lobby and outside area clean
- Continuously and thoroughly clean the kitchen and lobby
- Wash and put away dishes
- Put away deliveries and keep store organized
- Stock and rotate food as required by Health Department codes
- Adhere to store safety procedures
- Practice cost cutting measures
- Pitch in and work as a team
- Show up on time and take breaks for the appropriate length of time
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Communicate with managers about the schedule, informing them at least 3 days prior to taking time away from work
- Perform additional duties as requested by your manager

Must follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements as defined by the state of Georgia and Health Department. Meet Food Certification requirements in the state of Georgia.Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system, cash, and credit cards.Maintain a clean and work-appropriate personal appearance.Come to work with a positive attitude and willing to work well with others.Previous restaurant experience a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to :

The work environment is indoors with occasional outdoor exposure when working as a vendor at outdoor events.
