Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Front Desk - Part-Time

Position: Part-Time (Afternoons and Saturdays)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate/Front Desk person. This is a part-time position with afternoon hours and Saturdays, ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through both our retail offerings and our wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the clinic.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping clients navigate our wellness services and retail offerings.
• Assist clients in choosing products from top brands such as ZO Skin, LMNT, 1st Phorm, and Thorne.
• Answer questions about products, services, and wellness solutions, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk tasks, including answering phones and checking in clients.
• Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Handle cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Promote and educate clients on ongoing promotions, new products, and services.

Qualifications:

• No medical background required.
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness is a must.
• A student in athletic training, allied health, or a related field would be an ideal candidate.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide excellent service.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, vibrant attitude and willingness to learn about wellness products and services.

Schedule:

• Part-time position with primarily afternoon shifts and Saturdays. Flexibility is available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
