Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership on the strategic direction of Vitality Hormones & IV Bar and Vitality Wellness Operations (VWC).
- Work with strategic partners to drive clinic growth and operational improvements.
- Partner with the accounting team on financial metrics, accounts payable, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and departmental protocols, aligning with VWC’s mission and values.
- Oversee facility management and coordinate services with organizational goals.
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, inventory management, and physician/partner reporting.
- Travel locally to support multiple operational facilities as needed.
- Plan and lead monthly staff meetings, providing updates to the Regional Manager.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient volume and revenue.
- Oversee inventory management for medications, supplements, and supplies.
- Train and onboard new front office and clinical staff, ensuring smooth workflow and job performance.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain service excellence.
- Participate in monthly operations meetings with the Clinical Director to implement clinic strategies.
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, ensuring adherence to best clinical practices.
- Manage clinical workflows, delegation of tasks, and patient care coordination.
- Continuously enhance clinical skills through interdisciplinary collaboration and continuing education.
- Recruit, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
- Conduct performance evaluations, including 90-day and annual reviews.
- Provide ongoing training and education to staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing staff concerns as needed.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- Deliver patient care in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner, meeting internal and external benchmarks.
- Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and clinic metric evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care or operational efficiency.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Background in Primary Care, Endocrinology, or Functional Medicine is a plus.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical operations.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in EMR/Tebra and other relevant software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- RN, Paramedic, Lab Technician experience preferred
- Phlebotomy and IV Skills a plus
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year DOE
