We are seeking a Hospice Nurse to join our team and provide compassionate care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care and be able to provide emotional support to patients and their families. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to manage complex medical cases, and have a strong understanding of end-of-life care. Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Assess and monitor the patient's physical and emotional condition.
- Provide comfort measures such as pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life care.
- Educate the patient and family about the illness, treatment options, and end-of-life care.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for the patient.
- Document patient's condition and treatment plans.

Experience:
- Hospice care: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
