Seeking an EXTRAORDINARY Clinical RN Nurse Supervisor!
Vitality Living of New York Mills is seeking a Clinical RN Nurse Supervisor. The successful candidate will ensure that the health care needs of all clients are met. The RN will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The RN will also ensure that Vitality Living is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. The candidate works cooperatively with the Executive Director to supervise the delivery of services provided to the clients and supervises staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the Assisted Living services that are provided including completing essential paperwork and complying with state regulations.
- Supervises, orients and competency tests unlicensed staff to assisted living and to each client’s individual needs.
- Provide support and address needs for programs and services.
- Participate and function effectively as a team member.

Education and Experience:
- Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a RN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
- Must have a valid drivers license, if driving is required.
- At least 3 years experience in related field preferred.
