As a Vitality Wellness Director, you will:
- Directly supervise wellness staff with respect to recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training, counseling, etc.
- Complete Nursing Assessments, auxiliary evaluations of residents, and other required or requested evaluations
- Oversee establishment of new residents’ care plans and physician orders and conduct plan reviews with families on a regular basis
- Monitor and audit MAR and eMAR and oversee the timely and accurate tracking of resident data
- Coordinate services with home health, hospice, and other agencies.
- Occasionally fulfill charge nurse duties in order to evaluate efficiencies, systems and resident care.
- Collaborate with the Executive and Sales Directors on coordinating move-ins.

- A valid LPN, LVN, or RN license
- At least 2 years of experience as a Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- Proven leadership skills to include building, training, and retaining quality teams
- Successful survey history
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
