Multitask, as we are a busy practice, there are often many things happening at once
Must be flexible to work until 7pm and also on some Saturdays
Be able to perform Transcranial Magnetic Simulation (TMS) therapy, training will be provided
Adapt well to changes that often occur in a medical office setting, each days work could be different, but you won't get bored
Maintain Professionalism with Practice staff and clientele, a large part of this position will be customer service related, a successful candidate will be able to smile and stay professional throughout all interactions with our clientele.
Show consistent productivity when working independently & as a member of the Practice team
Possess a strong work ethic and reliability
Ask questions if unsure of an answer as well as seek out answers independently to questions asked by others.
SKILLS REQUIRED - familiarity with multi-line telephones- minimum of 2 years experience in customer service setting (administrative or other)- possess reliable transportation
