Your Impact:
Ensuring the structural integrity of our communities
Maintaining knowledge of federal and state laws regarding maintenance and building codes
Monitoring maintenance requests and addressing concerns promptly
Repairing community equipment or facilitating repair by outside services personnel
Performing emergency maintenance services on an on-call basis
Join Our Team if You Meet These Requirements:
High school diploma or college degree
2-3 years similar experience preferably in senior living
HVAC certification
Skill in mitigating water damage
Exceptional team building and motivation skills, and strong financial judgement
