The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of shipping personnel, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment by managing daily operations, supervising order picking and packing, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality within a warehouse environment, while also ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper documentation
