About the role
We're hiring for a Devops Engineer to build and maintain our infrastructure, deployment processes, and security systems. This role has a 70 / 30 split between devops responsibilities and backend development, working closely with our engineering team to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure operations.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our infrastructure and deployment pipeline, implementing best practices that will support hundreds of thousands of users across enterprise health systems.
Core Requirements
- Strong experience with GitHub CI / CD, deployment pipelines, and AWS
- Postgres DB management and optimization
- Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem (or Bun / Deno)
- Experience with observability tools and monitoring
- Managing auth systems (JWT, SSO / SAML)
- Strong autonomy and self-direction - ability to champion the devops function independently
