As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities for our respiratory diagnostic solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with healthcare providers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring that healthcare providers receive the information and solutions they need to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries from potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our respiratory diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions, and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to coordinate promotional activities, lead generation efforts, and customer outreach.

Qualifications:

Experience:
