Hinsdale Dermatology Office is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant!
Medical Assistant experience is not required but is helpful. You must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Office hours include but are not limited to Monday's 7:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday's 7:30am-6:30pm, Wednesday's 7:30am-4:30pm, Thursday's 7:30am-7:30pm and Friday's 7:30am-12:30pm, must be flexible.
You will be a part of a collaborative team scribing for and supporting dermatology providers by ensuring all patients receive high quality, efficient, and comprehensive care. Duties include rooming patients, taking medical history, assisting the physicians with all surgical, non-surgical and cosmetic procedures, vitals, educating patients, wound care, blood draws, cleaning and sterilizing instruments, stocking rooms, prescription refills, patient follow-up, documenting in our EHR, etc. This is a great opportunity for those who are interested in other advanced healthcare positions. Pre-med and science graduates will benefit from and excel in this position! Previous experience in the medical field is a plus but we will train YOU. One year of customer service experience and proficiency with computers are required.
