Position Overview :
VitalSkin Dermatology is seeking a dedicated physician to provide general dermatology services for a growing patient base in Oak Park, Chicago, IL. This position offers an opportunity to join a state-of-the-art practice with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative, supportive team of clinical professionals.
This is a full-time position requiring at least 32 clinical hours per week (four days), with no weekend or extended hours.

Specific Responsibilities :
- Provide a variety of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services over 32 clinical hours (four days per week).
- Counsel patients on topics such as annual dermatologic screenings, sun protection, skin cancer awareness, or self-examinations for skin and lymph nodes.
- Perform incisional biopsies and skin surgeries for melanoma diagnosis, appearance improvement, early disease detection, or disease control.
- Recommend diagnostic tests based on patient history and physical examinations.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and healthcare personnel, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
- Record patient health history in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
