VitalTalent is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. As an Agency LNA, you will provide essential patient care services under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare team in a variety of healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living . This position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work in different locations based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs, skin conditions, and overall well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring patients' nutritional needs are met.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by assisting with housekeeping tasks and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Document patient care accurately in patient records, including observations and activities performed.
• Ensure patient comfort by responding to requests and needs in a timely manner.
• Assist with patient transportation within the facility or to and from appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and healthcare safety standards.
• Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid LNA license in NH.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LNA in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients in a safe manner.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to various patient care settings.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on patient needs.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in assisted living ,long term care environments
• Knowledge of medical software or patient record systems.
• skills (if applicable to the location or patient population).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
