JOB SUMMARY:

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive healthcare services, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of male sexual health issues. The NP works collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, educate patients, and ensure a supportive and professional clinical environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations with a focus on sexual health.

· Diagnose and treat conditions due sexual health concerns.

· Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds.

· Identify risk factors for sexual dysfunction, including psychological, physiological, and lifestyle-related causes, and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on clinical assessment.

· Administer or oversee in-office treatments.

· Monitor the effectiveness of treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.

· Address sensitive issues with compassion and professionalism, helping patients understand their conditions and the best paths forward.

· Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, documenting patient encounters, diagnosis, and treatments.

· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA, in maintaining patient confidentiality.

· Collaborate with the clinic’s medical staff, including medical assistants and technicians, to provide coordinated and efficient care.

· Exhibit exemplary bedside manner and establish rapport with patients in caring manner.

· Evaluate and manage ED, PE, and male sexually related health issues using proprietary medical protocols developed by the medical director.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Missouri.

· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

· Ability to perform and interpret diagnostic tests and administer treatments, such as ICP and PRP injections as well as medications.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially in discussing sensitive health topics with patients.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

· Ability to move between examination rooms and perform medical procedures. Must be comfortable performing minor procedures.
