Essential Functions
- Responsible for all aspects of managing a single retail store; including daily store operations, merchandise, inventory and expense control.
- Lead and execute all company initiatives and objectives, with an emphasis on maintaining top level customer experience and exceeding key performance indicator goals.
- Verify daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.
- Address customer needs, problem resolution, while ensuring positive and long-term relationships.
- Ensures inventory data is correct by performing and verification of accurate cycle counts, physical inventory, along with shipping and receiving of merchandise.
- Collaborate with District Manager to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
- Recruit, hire, train and mentor staff.
- Coach, counsel and execute performance reviews.
- Implement all store policies and procedures.
- Holds team accountable.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales management experience.
- Proficiency with supervisory and leadership capabilities to lead and motivate store associates.
- Ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance.
- Passion for health, nutrition, fitness and helping others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
