Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or other HR-related certifications would be advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR Delivery Services, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2 years experience as a HR Coordinator in Hospital Setting required.
