LPN License for ND State, BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Card.
Recent 2 years experience is required in LPN Outpatient Clinic.
Shift Notes: 12 hour shifts, 3-4 shifts per week. Typically, 8a-8p. Team scheduling utilized, EOW
