What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Case Manager/Utilization Review position at Vitana Inc?
Weekly pay includes taxable wage and per diems (non taxable stipend) if eligible
***This is an onsite travel contract with possibilities of extension.***
Requirements:
The job requires RN License for CA State, BLS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card.
Recent 2 years of experience is required as RN Case Manager/Utilization Review. Discharge planning and care coordination experience is a must Cerner experience required.
Previous travel experience at least of one year is required Previous work experience with Dignity Health is required.
Shift Notes: 8hr Days, EOW, First to Float
