What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel RN Case Manager/Utilization Review position at Vitana Inc?
Weekly pay includes taxable wage and per diems (non taxable stipend) if eligible
***This is an onsite travel contract with possibilities of extension.***
Requirements:
RN License for GA state, BLS, ACLS certified by AHA and Co-vid Card.
5 years experience as RN Case Manager/Utilization Review in hospital settings required. Care coordination/Discharge experience required, Need UR and Care Transitions experience.
