Job Title: Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Manufacturing, Client Services, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage unreleased process orders and monitor blending schedules in manufacturing to trigger component ordering with Procurement.
- Facilitate capacity and line-balancing reviews for various resource groups.
- Analyze and mitigate risks related to aging stock with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prioritize orders based on multiple inputs to assist in master scheduling.
- Update comments and participate in weekly meetings to determine order cut-offs, expedite materials, or request BOM changes.
- Gather and report information for monthly KPI reporting and root cause analyses.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, Production, or Distribution in an analytical capacity.
- Undergraduate degree required; APICS certification preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, translate units of measure, and problem solve.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with a willingness to share information and lend insights in meetings.
