We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Admissions Department as Director of Admissions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve Admissions performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Admissions performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and successful rollout of initiatives
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives based on internal and external survey results and time in field
- Maintain compliance with AM required duties and training materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Proficient in technology, including Excel, MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other tools
