About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Leader to join our team at Vitas Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance admissions performance and efficiency. You will lead a team of admissions staff, provide coaching and mentoring to improve leadership skills, and collaborate with national, divisional, and regional leadership to achieve program goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve admissions performance and efficiency
- Lead a team of admissions staff and provide coaching and mentoring to improve leadership skills
- Collaborate with national, divisional, and regional leadership to achieve program goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues
You'll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in hospice care admissions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of improving admissions performance and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze data and develop strategies to address identified trends and areas for improvement
