Job Description

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation's policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.

• Conceptualize campaigns and write engaging ad copy for various formats, including print, digital, social media, and email.
• Develop strong calls to action that encourage users to take action.
• Adapt tone and voice as needed to maintain the consistency of established brands.
• Work with creative team and team members to write copy for a variety of marketing campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support brand, digital and social initiatives.
• Uphold the VITAS brand, culture and values.
• Collaborate among multiple departments effectively and efficiently.
• Be accountable for meeting goals and expectations.
• Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and adheres to style guidelines.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including persuasive writing and the ability to vary writing style and voice.
• Uses data and analytics to measure effectiveness of content and adjust as needed.
• Edit / proofread content produced by other areas of the organization, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required.
