What are the responsibilities and job description for the End-of-Life Care Specialist position at VITAS Healthcare?
We are seeking a qualified LPN/LVN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you will administer nursing care according to the plan of care to terminally ill patients admitted to the VITAS program.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in lifting and transferring patients, as required.
- Lift objects in excess of 20 pounds
- Stand or walk in excess of one hour per day
