About the Job:

The Hospice Care Admissions Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance admissions performance and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading a team of admissions staff, providing coaching and mentoring to improve leadership skills, and collaborating with national, divisional, and regional leadership to achieve program goals.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve admissions performance and efficiency
  • Lead a team of admissions staff and provide coaching and mentoring to improve leadership skills
  • Collaborate with national, divisional, and regional leadership to achieve program goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in hospice care admissions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of improving admissions performance and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze data and develop strategies to address identified trends and areas for improvement
