The Hospice Care Admissions Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance admissions performance and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading a team of admissions staff, providing coaching and mentoring to improve leadership skills, and collaborating with national, divisional, and regional leadership to achieve program goals.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve admissions performance and efficiency

- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in hospice care admissions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of improving admissions performance and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze data and develop strategies to address identified trends and areas for improvement
