- Design sales messaging and strategies that align with customer needs, ensuring access to hospice services.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and staying current with changes in the healthcare field.
- Utilize provided resources and technology to drive success.
- Daily use of CRM tool to capture customer needs and strategy for continued hospice utilization.
- Leverage sales tools on provided devices as customer visual aids and learning tools.
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Maintain professional relationships and collaborate with internal, clinical end-of-life care team.
- Resolve customer feedback by investigating opportunities, developing solutions, preparing reports, and collaborating with program management.
