Start Date : ASAP
Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required :
Availability to work 100 % of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach, FL (required);
Experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the energy sector (3-5 years).
Electrical engineering experience with a deep understanding of energy systems and processes;
Experience in advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization.
Experience in MS Project, Jira, or Trello;
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to energy production, distribution, and consumption.
Utilize advanced Excel techniques (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Design and implement data models and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
Use time management and organizational tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello to manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
