13690 – Project Leader (Onsite) – Tallahassee, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 3 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.
Required :
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with ServiceNow.
Experience in onboarding and training employees.
Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts
Preferred :
Experience working on agile project teams
Experience in assisting or managing small projects
Experience in working with large teams (75 ) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Assisting users with time sheet maintenance
Coordinating hiring activities
Conducting annual recertification activities
Tracking training for all staff
Partnering with other offices in procuring staff and service
