Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required :
Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience in contract monitoring, procurement, finance, or related functions (3 years); Experience reviewing invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy (3 years); Experience monitoring and documenting vendor performance (2 years); Experience organizing and maintaining contract files (2 years). Preferred :
Experience using Florida’s contract payment system, “Ariba on Demand”; Experience administering Florida law related to prompt payment, deliverable review and acceptance, and contract monitoring; Experience with deliverable review and acceptance for IT projects. Responsibilities :
Manage and document deliverable review and acceptance in accordance with the contracts Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, prepare invoices and supporting; documentation for review and acceptance; Assist in managing deliverable review and acceptance, prepare and present deliverable status reports; Assist in the development of Contract Management methods to analyze, monitor, and document contractor adherence to project plans and schedules; Maintain and update Contract Management documentation used to monitor and report contract compliance, financial, and budget information; Coordinate, attend, lead, facilitate and document Contract Management meetings related to the project; Consult with Contract Manager, Contract Management Supervisor or designee on planning, work status, and project needs.
