13501 – Regulatory Specialist (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL
Start Date : ASAP
Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 9 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required :
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
Associate degree or 5 years of experience processing discovery and filing schedules in the CaseWorks database system, working with Regulatory analysts to ensure deliverables are processed timely and accurately, and maintaining company documents filed with the FPSC
Experience with SharePoint, Adobe, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities :
Review, format, label, organize, and convert discovery responses to PDF, including Bates numbering.
Maintain company documents filed with the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) and manage files in CaseWorks.
Collaborate with regulatory analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Assist in creating related documentation such as declarations and requests for confidential classification.
Ensure all work is completed with accuracy, consistency in language, and proper formatting.
Finalize deliverables within tight filing deadlines set by regulatory agencies.
Perform additional tasks and projects to support the team as needed.
