Start Date : ASAP
Type : Temporary Project
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required :
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
Experience in conducting basic operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit;
Experience in handling small to medium special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development.
Preferred :
Experience in related field (1 year);
Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities :
Analyze and optimize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs;
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements;
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members;
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research;
Design and modify processes;
Develop reports;
Apply standardized tools and techniques.
