Work Setting: Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)
Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience in vendor relationship management, holding vendors accountable, and overseeing performance.
• Experience in contract negotiation, review, management, and renewal processes.
• Experience in a single procurement team environment, including RFP processes.
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and managing performance metrics, ensuring quality vendor delivery.
Preferred:
• Experience in contracts and vendor management for large shared services, particularly within cybersecurity
• Experience managing a small team, with experience helpful for future team expansion.
• Experience with implementing automated contract review tools, such as generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Ensure accountability and high-quality service delivery through performance metrics and regular business reviews.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle, including end-to-end management for sourcing engagements, amendments, and compliance with sourcing policies.
• Act as the primary representative in sourcing, working closely with stakeholders across departments.
• Develop and implement processes to improve contract management and vendor relations continually.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to risk management processes.
• Work closely with finance, HR, and legal teams to anticipate needs and establish high-performing vendor portfolios.
• Lead efforts in consolidating contract repositories and exploring solutions for efficient contract management and review.
